These terms govern your use of The LEA Flashcards website and online flashcard service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Team SamJam ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you are contracting with Team SamJam and agree to these terms. Continued use of the Service means you accept them.

The Service

The Service provides online access to the 211 Lower Extremity Anatomy flashcards for study and board review. A free sample is available to signed-in users; full access is granted for one year after a one-time purchase.

Your account

• You must be of legal age to form a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login confidential. Accounts are for one person only and may be used on one device at a time; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• copying, sharing, reselling or redistributing the cards or your login, or otherwise infringing our intellectual property;
• interfering with security, including introducing malware, probing systems, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing access limits.

Intellectual property

Team SamJam owns the Service and all its content, including the flashcards, designs, watermarks, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own study during your access period.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is an educational study aid and is not medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations such as account sharing. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
